Dr. Combs was born and raised in Middletown, OH and graduated from Bishop Fenwick High School in 2003.   Eric then graduated from The Ohio State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Business Minor.  After undergraduate schooling, Eric lived in Memphis, TN where he obtained a Doctorate of Optometry in 2011 from Southern College of Optometry.  Since completing optometry school, Eric joined in practice with Dr. Donald Henderson who has since retired. Eric now continues to practice in his hometown of Middletown.  

In Dr. Combs free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Rachel and their three little girls, traveling and seeing/playing live music!
